Americas Next Top Model

America's Next Top Model is a reality show on the CW. I absolutely adore seeing the new sets of beautiful girls come out every season to compete for a career in modeling. I have a feeling that part of the reason I love this show so much is that, when I was younger, I wanted to be a model. However, my height is definitely lacking, and I know how difficult it is to get into that industry. The beautiful Tyra Banks hosts the show, and is also one of the judges. The other judges are J. Alexander and Jay Manuel, as well as one guest judge every week. The last season I saw, which was cycle 13, they actually had petite models competing for the first time, which was very interesting. Some people are not big fans of cat fights, and so they don't enjoy this show, because they're definitely there. I however, think it's kind of amusing. The girls have to walk on runways, pose for photos shoots, and do various other challenges to test them, and prepare them, for the modeling world. Every season, they have an episode where J. Alexander (Ms. J) teaches them how to walk on the runway. Consistently, this has been on my favorite episodes because, you find that some very beautiful girls just CAN NOT walk on the runway. They slip, slide, and trip, OR they walk gorgeously and make me wish I could do that. Some of the photo shoots on Americas Next Top Model are absolutely crazy. One, I remember, they jumped off of a cliff and into the ocean, trying to look graceful. Now, of course, some of the photos on here came out more scare out of my mind than beautiful, but they were still cool pictures. If you want to see a bit more of the modeling world, this show is great.
