High fiber chocolate oatmeal cookies
By JOEY onI tend to like Kashi products in general as I have purchased their cereals before and really enjoyed them. While on a shopping trip to B J S Warehouse I spotted these Chocolate and Oatmeal cookies with high fiber with lots of whole grains on the counter. I was very skeptical when I saw them. I was thinking that they probably were healthy but would fall down on the taste part of life. Despite those thoughts I decided to bring them home and give it a try. I like cookies alot but do not really want to be eating ones that are really bad. Well I opened the box and I was pretty surprised. The overall taste is excellent and the the dark chocolate is delicious. I will warn you though that you many find them too good and not be able to put down the box. For one cookie the calorie count comes in at 130, saturated fat is 1.5 grams, fiber 3 grams and sugar is 8 grams. Thats the only part I do not care for. I wish they could find a way to lower the sugar count. All in all though if you must have a cookie this is probably not a bad alternative for folks. Of late I have gone back there to try and find them but they have not had them in stock for some time now. I am going to try and coax them into ordering some again or perhaps try and pick them up at another store. These cookies tend to be on the softer side of life which I like in this type of cookie as opposed to a hard consistency. They taste great overall and are complimented with a huge glass of milk.I give these cookies my highest recommendation.

I too like Kashi products. They are so delicious.... You are right in saying than even though we finish up a pack, we want to have more of it.
