Pkt: Abs Cbn Newest Game Show By Crissy Taruc on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
Last June 28, 2010 was the premiere telecast of ABS-CBN Network's newest game show in town, “Panahon Ko ‘To.. Ang Game Show ng Buhay Ko” (It's My Time, The Game Show of my Life). I got to watch the first airing day of PKT and I think the new game show is entertaining and fun. I myself got to guess also the right answer for the question. The show is being hosted by Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford.
At the start of the game, there will be 5 teams with three members each. Members will come from three generations: aged 13-19 years old, one from 20-45 year-old bracket and the last one is 46 years old and up. There are questions from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and 2000's. The host will say the year for teams to know whose member will answer the question or puzzle. Three teams will advance to the next round after garnering 2 checks or 2 correct answers. Among the 3 teams, the first one to get 100 points will be the only one to advance in the next round.
It was indeed so much fun and excitement watching the show. Not only were the contestants pressured to answer the question correctly but the televiewers as well. It is some kind of a challenge as well for televiewers to recall the famous things on their generation. It is a show also for all the members of the family from grandparents down to the kids. Well I guess having a good memory pays off in this kind of show. Questions and puzzles will involve people, things, music, movies, ideas and events in the past 5 decades. So I guess better start drinking or taking memory enhancer products to join the contest and win.
It is being aired Mondays to Fridays right after “Banana Split Daily Serving” at 5 in the afternoon.
