The Caribbean Island of Jamaica

My spouse and I recently came back from the beautiful Island paradise of Jamaica, and it was all the travel agent recommended and more. The minute we touched down at the airport in the beautiful city of Montego Bay it was all sun and smiles from the locals who treated us like royalty, we were wisked away to our own villa at the hotel where fresh fruits and cold fruity drinks awaited us. We had our own villa with a private balcony overlooking the beach our own private kichen.

We spent two weeks enjoying the breathtaking scenery, eating the local cuisine, we went kayaking, horse back riding, snorkeling and so many more fun activities. Tour buses would pick us up early in the morning from the resort and we would spend the day sight seeing, froclicking on the their many beautiful beaches and meeting some very interesting locals. The people were extremely friendly, and for the entire length of our stay the word no was never spoken, anything we asked for it was provided. Our hotel was all inclusive so even though we had a kitchen it the villa we did not have to prepare not one meal.

This gorgeous Island is a mere ninety miles from Cuba and not too further is the Domonican Republic, the Island is easily accessible, we arrived by airplane from New York on a three three a half hour flight. This is a tourists friendly destination and judging by the amount of visitors we saw in our time on the Island, I have no doubt we made the right choice in picking our vacation spot.

The warmth and beauty of this Island paradise totally took our breaths away and our one regret was that we left the kids at home, but we are already planning a return trip later on this summer with the kids and a few family member.
