Beauty / Acne Products / My Quest for Perfect Skin

perfect facial wash image

In my experience, I usually always like Neutrogena products & this face wash is pink. So I thought to myself, why not? It has 2% salicylic acid, so it's not too harsh but just enough to clear up skin with a few pimples. It smells wonderfully grapefruit-y and isn't very expensive. I think this is the perfect facial cleanser for those of us who have neutral skin with the occassional blemish. I used to use this twice a day, but I noticed it kind of started to dry out my skin. So now I just use it in the mornings, and wash my face with a baking soda scrub before bed. This cleanser also comes in a bottle with a foam applicator that I think I'll try next. Foam washes are usually a little more gentle on skin as opposed to the soapy kind. The only thing I would complain about, is the fact that the cap isn't closable. Whenever I need to take this with me, I have to store it in a ziploc bag & be extra careful not to push down on the pump or else it gets everywhere. But other than that, this acne wash gets an A+.
