Well, I needed a new mascara and since reading a review on here regarding LashExact, I fuigured I'd give this kind a try!  I was going to buy the LashExact, but I glanced through the similar products before buying and saw VolumeExact-My lashes aren't lacking in length so much, but I'm very blonde so they don't show up very well.  I thought that the added volume might pump them up a bit.  It did!!  After years of using the next-best-thing, I'm very happy with this new find! 

OK-I'm NOT much of a makeup girl.  I usually put on a little lipstick, light eyeshadow (maybe), and some mascara-that's IT.  IF anything at all!!  So it's very important that I have makeup that doesn't run or smudge because I really don't check too often.  I'm busy taking care of dogs or horses, or running around endlessly at work-all very smudge-prone areas-that's why I always get the waterproof version of my mascaras-less prone to smudges.  Well, these guys fit the bill. 

My lashes were separated correctly, plumped up with the volume factor, colored nice in black (also comes in Brown and Very Black), and it stayed on for hours without smudging.  I even put it to the ultimate test when I got home-I went in front of the mirror and gave my self a good "very tired eye rub" and checked for smudging-NOTHING!!  Only thing it ended up doing was after about 10 hours it started crumbling a little and flaking off.  Even that wasn't very severe-after 10 hours!!! 

Very good product overall.  It's a little pricey for a grocery store brand, but it's still worth it!
