I was shopping at Ulta and browsing the perfume section when I noticed this Limited Edition DNKY Be Delicious and Red Delicious Mini Travel Collection Set of perfumes.  I have been a fan of the green Be Delicious scent since it was introduced and thought this set divided up would be perfect as little stocking stuffers for several people.  I had never seen this set before, and with my luck , would never again if I didn't purchase it right then and there.

The set contains 2 each of a mini .24 oz/5 ML bottle of the Be Delicious and Red Delicious perfumes.  Each was shaped in the well know apple and boxed individually when removed from the plastic sleeve they were packaged in.  I immediately thought they would be perfect as a stocking stuffer or to have on hand for a last minute gift,  in addition to keeping one for myself!

The mini apple shaped bottles are about 1-1/2 inches in diameter and to use the perfume you just need to pull off the silver top and apply the perfume by pressing the opening to your wrist or neck area.  You don't need a lot so a little goes a long way.

My favorite is the green Be Delicious.  It is a very light and crisp scent of green apple, exotic flowers and sensual woods.  I never fail to get a compliment when I'm wearing it.  The red Be Delicious is a heavier scented perfume but one that my daughter likes so guess who's getting one in her stocking this Christmas?  This scent is much stronger and more flowery and a little musky for me.

DNKY stands for Donna Karen New York and I hope they continue to offer this travel edition and not limit it for a short period of time.  It is perfect to keep in your purse if you're on the go or in a hurry in the morning and forget to put on a little perfume.   I also took a little bottle with me on our last vacation a few weeks ago and added it to my bag of liquids that went through security.  No need to put a full size bottle in checked luggage and hope it doesn't break!  

I'm going back to Ulta to see if they have this travel edition again as there was only one available the last time.   I will probably never buy a full size bottle again I like these mini versions so much and who can resist such a cute little apple?
