I saw Bio-Oil on the shelf at the store at one time. I always wondered about it but never bought it. I was reading some good reviews about Bio-Oil so what the heck, I bought it. I had recently been trying a new skincare cleanser actually two from the same brand. My facial skin really reacted to the cleanser I was trying at the time. My cheeks became rosey red and irritated. My cheeks had a slight burning too. My facial skin started to flake. My cheeks were rough. I stopped using the name brand cleanser and remembered I had Bio-Oil in my bathroom cabinet. I applied it to my face especially the cheeks for two days twice a day and the redness went down and my skin felt softer. I feel Bio-Oil can help your skin in times of need as it helped me. Now a little about Bio-Oil as stated on the box. Bio-Oil is for scars,stretch marks,uneven skin tone,aging skin and dehydrated skin. It contains PurCellin Oil-pink in color. I noticed it comes in a small and large bottle. The large bottle is 20.00 and the small is 12.00. It was made in South Africa and distributed in California. It is hypoallergenic and contains Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Calendula,Lavender ,Rosemary and Chamomile oils as stated on the box. How's that for the benefits of Bio-Oil?  I do not use Bio-Oil everyday only as needed for my skin problems. I just do know that this product healed my dry,irritated ,red and flakey cheeks  caused by a name brand cleanser. Great to have on hand if you try different products or just as an aid for your delicate skin.
