I have really oily skin, especially my nose and chin areas. It is hard to find good skin cremes that will not leave my skin looking like an oil slick later on in the day. Most cremes I've tried seem to attract the oil from my skin leaving a shine on my face that I do not like. That was until I tried L'Oreal Paris Dermo Expertise Hydrafresh Gel-Creme!
It comes in two skin types. The one I purchased was for Normal to Oily skin. Its texture is really that of a gel-creme. It looks thick and heavy like a creme does but it has the consistency of a light gel. It is light green in colour. Cool cucumber comes to mind when I look at it. It is also fragrance free and SPF 15.
I apply Hydrafresh to my face in the morning before I put on my makeup and again at night, just before bed. It feels cool and refreshing on the skin. That sensation disappears in seconds as it is soaked up by my moisture starved face. It is so light that it within minutes it feels like you haven't applied anything at all. This gel-creme could be used alone or under makeup. Believe me, your skin will love it!
Active ingredients include: Ensulizole 1.8% and Octinoxate 7.5%
