Season 3 of The Office continues with it's high quality comedic formula. There are no punch lines, no laugh tracks, just off the wall funniness throughout every episode. One could watch an episode multiples times and notice something new. Steve Carrell's character, supervisor Michael of Dundler Mifflin, a paper company, has changed over the years to be less sexist, racist, and prejudiced. Dwight, the overly serious employee is still the same character you fell in love with, and the Pam and Jim drama has gone up a notch. Jim actually is transferred to another branch but in a hilarious turn of events is sent back to his home branch. Overall Season 3 of the Office is just as good as the first 2 and if you liked them you should pick it up in a heartbeat. I find it to be one of the best shows on TV currently, not to mention the funniest. If you enjoy offbeat humor with no laugh track like I do, you will enjoy The Office. I think the DVDs are very high quality in terms of video quality, the picture looks amazing on my HDTV.
