Raaga is an Indian based online music download service. This is the first music download service we have here in India. The only other options we have is to buy CD's to listen to the songs. It is the only music download service that has a huge catalog of Indian songs. Raaga has movie songs, pop albums and private albums.

From Raaga you can download hindi, tamil, telugu, malayalam, kannada, bengali, gujarathi, sanskrit, carnatic, hindustani and carnatic music. It also offers online streaming of all songs in raaga catalog. To listen to online songs you have to download real player since the format of the online streams are in rm format. With out real player you cannot listen songs online.

You can also purchase songs from raaga. It normally costs around $0.99 or INR 12 to purchase a song. All the songs that you purchase are encoded in wma format at 192 kbps or 320 kbps bitrate which are of high quality. I daily listen songs online on raaga. Soon I gonna buy songs from raaga.
