Books Movies & Music / Music CDs / The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus - Don't You Fake It

When I first heard "Face Down" by the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, I knew that I needed to give the CD a listen. Well, I wasn't too impressed. It's a combination of alternative, rock, and a little bit of pop and scremo. "Face Down" is an amazing song, easily the best song on the album. It talks about guys hurting women, and how they're against domestic violence. "Damn Regret" is another good song, very catchy, along with "Your Gaurdian Angel." Aside from those, there's not much here.

Overall, this CD is mearly OK. It has a couple great songs, and a bunch of average ones. It's very fun to listen too, but don't expect much depth. Personally, I would just purchase the few standout tracks instead of the whole CD.
