Clothing / Women's Clothing / Vero Moda Capecoat?

This coat is one of the strangest things to come out of Vero Moda. Its huge and wide, with cape sleeves that are drawn in at the waist by the buttons. It is amost like a bat-wing top, but uglier, as it is longer in the frint and back than on the sides. It actually looks kind of cute on the rack, but does nothing for anyone who tries it on. It makes you look fat and blob-shaped, with no distinct form. It looks like you're trying too hard to follow the trend of voluminous clothes, and failing. On the plus side, it is wonderfully made, with great black wool fabric and super cute buttons. Good thing that all these details are present on a coat with a much simpler and more flattering shape. This coat is worth trying on if you feel in need of a laugh, and would probably get laughed at on the street.
