The western digital 320 gb hard drive is very good and really cheap.  At the time about 3 weeks weeks ago this hard drive was priced at a very reasonable $56. Now things are cheaper but that's the way technology goes.  It has a 320GB space which is plenty of space for downloading a good amount of music/videos/programs/etc. It also has 5400rpm and 8mb buffer which isn't the best but it suits my basic/some advanced needs. It runs very quitely as well.  Also as long as you do not spend long hours on the computer while the computer is on high performance it does not heat up that much. It also has a 3 year warrenty on it, which is plenty of time.  I had to replace a hard drive on my computer since it crashed after a year and a half of use.  So if anything happens to it, it should be ok, since three years is a long time. Hard drives should last about four to five years but recently i figured they last about two to three. So the warrenty covers it for awhile.  So far the hard drive has been doing fine and I must say that i am very pleased with buying this hard drive.
