From my personal experience, not justy from reading online reviews and such, the dell Inspiron B130 is a great notebook for its price.
The laptop itself is classified as a "budget" notebook but the quality of it is far from cheap.
You would think at that price, it would only be good for maybe basic typing. BUT you would be wrong. I am a DJ, as in music, and i used this notebook for high preformance software which i use for mixing my tracks. After upgrading from 256mb to 2G of memory, it is comparable to a notebook that would cost around $2000.
This notebook shell is made from dourable plastic, keeping it lightweight . Dropping is not an issue because i have dropped mine before and it never fails in preformance.
The screen is not GREAT but it's good enough for great movie quality.
the speakers are also not great, there even kind-of bad. but plug in some speakers and that problem goes away very quickly.
The only problem might be if you try to use too many applications , it tends to become slow and act odd and inefficient. But then again, what computer wouldnt , lolz.
