The HP Deskjet D4160 is a nice printer to have at home.  It's an inkjet and has a farily quick print rate.  The paper tray holds about 50 sheets of paper and loads in the front.  You can print on plain paper or card stock, as well as tranfer paper.  The color is true to what you expect.  It does run through the color ink pretty quickly.  There are two ink cartridges, one is color and one is black, so you don't have to replace everything if you run out of color.  This printer is pretty wide, close to 16 inches.  The Deskjet D4160 also prints great quality photos up to 8x10 in size as well as panoramic.  To print photos of a high quality you need to buy the photo ink cartridge.  You can print pictures from your computer or plug your camera in directly to the printer using a USB cable.  Overall a great printer for your home computing needs.
