Everybody who's into digital editing knows that Adobe Photoshop is the cream of the crop when it comes to editing software. Well let me let you in on a little secret; Photoshop 7 is the cream of the crop when it comes to Photoshop versions!
Let me explain. The newer versions of Photoshop do cram on some new features, but for those of us who don't have the money to be continually upgrading our computers, the CS* versions of Photoshop run more than a little slow. Any versions earlier than 7 are severely lacking in features. So, 7 is the way to go!
But, why Photoshop? Photoshop is the leader in the industry for good reasons. Their programs are quite stable, the features are incredibly diverse and customisable, and all in all it is an extremely powerful program. So powerful I could just gush about it all day!
Ahh, but the pricetag is a little high for some. Being that this is an older version though, one may be able to find it second-hand for a more reasonable price.
