In April I upgraded from a Blackberry Pearl. I am very happy with the device as a whole. It did have a few issues at the begininng during setup but other than that I am very satisfied with the phone. One of those issues being it did not give me the option to initially set up my email account on there.
One call to AT&T and in about 15 minutes the problem was fixed. It was a minor problem that was quickly and professionally fixed. The main reason I upgraded was the fact that it has a full qwerty keyboard that the pearl did not have. It seems to hold up better as well. The only drawback for me really is the size of the keys on the keypad. If you have big fingers like I do then it is hard to hit the right key sometimes.
Battery life on it seems to be okay the only drawback is if I am out and about all day long and away from the charger I do have to put it on the charger overnight after the all day usage. Those days are very rare.
I like the fact that I can set up more than one email account on the phone so I am always in touch even when I am away from the computer. It has a built in camera in it. The quality is not very good but it is not a feature that I utilize heavily so the few pictures I take with it turn out ok. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good phone with decent features for a good price.
