I am one of those who didn't see the need for a cell phone.  Afterall I have my home phone and my work phone and I think it is foolishly dangerous to drive while holding a cell phone.  I finally gave in though and bought The V.

  It took me a while to figure out how to use it and I'm sure I still don't use all of the available features But all in all, I'm glad I have it and really don't think I would want to be without it.  It is handy to call my family from where ever I am and where ever they are.

  It has a built in camera and video which has been fun to communicate those moments in life where "you just had to be there".  And while waiting in a waiting room for an appointment I can just whip it out and pacify a restless child who doesn't really want to be there anyway.  It has some wonderful features that I love  using such as email and online type features but I have discovered that they are way too pricey for my blood so I have learned to stay away from those in order to avoid connection fees each and every time I use one.

  Text messaging is something I probably would not use much if I were restricted to a regular cell phone keypad but The V has the wonderful flip open full keyboard which makes texting almost as easy as emailing.

  All in all, the phone feels sturdy and well constructed and has given me no trouble other than the covering on the main button used in playing the games eroded within a few months and the End button is located so that in playing games your finger can slip and accidently end your game before you are finished.  Other than that, I love The V.
