I love this phone. I've had this model for about four years now, and purchased the original when it first came out and was one of the more innovative phones on the market. I find LG to make excellent cell phones and this is no exception. I get reception and service in places most of my friends don't, and never have dropped calls or static. It was the first phone to have a video camera which has pretty good functionability, with an awesome swivel lens so you can easily take pictures of things in front of you, or yourself/things behind you.
The durability is awesome as well. I've had two of these phones and the only reason I had to replace the first was because I dropped it in a large bucket of soapy water - the kicker is, it still worked! It just had some damage that I could have lived with but didn't want to.
Keyboard is very easy to use - probably one of my favorites on a cell - and the user interface is straightforward. Good amount of features, though it does lack speakerphone which I would have liked. The fact that my contract has expired twice and I've decided that I like this phone better than the options available for purchase both times says something about its quality.
