Electronics / Cellular Phones / One of My Favorite Phones

This is my third phone ever and I like it a lot more than I thought I would. A year ago I wanted it because everyone wanted it, but it was too expensive. This year it was free and even though I hadn't really wanted it, I got this. It was either that or the LG shine or the Juke. Not good choices.

It's very sleek looking and slides in your hands easily. I'd say it was pretty durable. It fell onto the hard ground and had one or two scratches that are practically invisible. The camera is a supposedly two megapixel camera, and even though I'm sure it isn't, it's pretty good. I'm able to take clear pictures that I can use unlike when I used my old Samsung a930.

The keyboard is very annoying though. It's really stiff and I feel like if I'm to text message too much, the keys will wear down and fall out in almost no time. Texting on that keyboard makes me think that my cell phone is like cheap plastic, which isn't what I like to think.

The sound quality of the phone is quite amazing. I put music on it and on speaker, it's alright, but once you put in earphones it's roaring in your ear. It seems to boost the sound up by at least 500% and I'm not kidding, it's loud.

I make my own ringtones, so I made a ringtone for this cellphone. Of course, Verizon still hasn't found a way to help transfer ringtones onto the phone without the annoying Verizon Music Essentials pack so you have to pay $24.99 for that. But my ringtones play pretty well on this phone. They're loud and clear, and sound exactly how I wanted them to. So I'm happy even though I payed $24.99.

This is a good phone. Even if it's outdated, I'm sure I would have picked out this phone. It's good for what I need it for. If you're looking for a phone with everything, this probably isn't your phone. But if you need something with the basics, go for this. It's free and it works.
