I bought these headphones recently after having a previous model from sony. They worked well for about three years and I just wanted to upgrade. The sounds quality with these headphones is superb. All of my music comes through loud and clear. I have trouble keeping the earbuds that come with the iPod in my ears, so the fact that these hook over your ears is perfect for me. I have no trouble keeping them in my ears while I'm running and that's the most important thing for me. The headphones come with a clip attached to the cord which is handy for keeping the wires out of your way by clipping them to your clothing. The cord is long enough, but not too much to need excessive winding or anything. If you need a lightweight set of headphones for any workout, I'd highly recommend picking up the h.ear Sports Headphones from Sony.
