When I was younger I suffered a serious back injury. Since then, it's been very easy to hurt my back, because I have arthritis. This has made it difficult for me to find a workout that didn't hurt my back. After seeing the Gazelle on TV, I decided that it would probably be my best option.
When I first got my Gazelle Edge Trainer, I found the workout so easy I actually worked out too much and pulled my leg muscles. After my leg muscles had healed, I was back to my workout and loved it. The Gazelle Edge Trainer is so easy to use and has never hurt my back.
The only problem I have with this machine is that it makes noise. After just a few uses it started making a squeaky noise. I contacted the compay and they told me to use a silicone spray on the joints, but this didn't work.
Other than the noise, this is a great machine that works all my muscles without hurting my back. If you have back pain, this is definitely the workout for you.

Good to know...my husband could probably use one of these. He has trouble with his back too, it's better since surgery but still flairs up.
