I bought the Fluidity Dance Bar after spending many late nights watching infomercials. Something about this one just really stuck out, and I decided that I had to try it. Now, I'm no fitness nut, but I have some post-baby weight to lose, and thought this would be a good way to tone up. And it is! The workouts are so incredibly enjoyable that the 30 minutes goes by in a flash, but afterwards you definitely know that you've done some effective work on your muscles. I can successfully report a decent amount of toning (7 inches lost) after using it not-too-religiously for 2 months.
Basically, the it's a free standing ballet bar. But it's not the kind of cheaply constructed nonsense you'd usually get from an infomercial. The bar is solid as a rock, supports a lot of weight and takes a good beating.
Of all the exercise equipment I've purchased over the years, this is definitely the best. The price is steep at $200, but for those serious about getting in shape and building muscles, it's a great buy.

That's a high price for an exercise bar, but it sounds like it delivers good results fairly quickly.
