My mom saw this machine on tv and really wanted it. Well she didn't buy it when she saw it and the show didn't come on the next week..so she sent her daughter searching on the internet for it. I found it in a couple of places and bought it for her on ebay ($150.00).
I wasn't sure she was going to be really happy with this, it is suppose to be a very good exercise machine for your hips and my mom has had both hips replaced, but mom knows best so I got it for her.
When it arrived I took it over there and we put it together in just a few minutes. I have to admit it looked really well put together and very sturdy. The idea is to get on it and glide back and forth. I really had my doubts about how much this was going to help. After we put it together I jumped on it and in about 3 minutes I could feel my inner thighs and outer thighs tighening up and starting to hurt. Wow, I was really impressed! Mom has been using it now for over 2 months and loves it. She says it really helps and what she loves most is you don't need to spend hours on it. A few minutes a few times a day does the trick. Every time I go over there I jump on it, it actually is fun!
Only thing I didn't like about it is it can be a bit tricky to get on. The glide part glides really easy so you really need to hold on to the handles until you get situated. I worry about my dad getting on it because his balance isn't that great, but he manages and mom makes sure she is there when he gets on.
It really is a pretty amazing machine and they give you all kinds of exercises to do with it. Once you get the hang of it you can really get some amazing exercise out of this machine. I told mom I wanted one for Christmas!
I have not heard of this machine but it looks like it would be fun. I would be interested in trying it. I am all for changing up my exercise routine and adding some new machines. Hope you get one for Christmas!
I don't think I have seen it either! Thanks for the info!
Sounds like you can get a lot of exercise for your legs in a small amount of space.
