Before using the perfect pushup I was plagued, like many others, with the unhealthy stress that is placed on the wrists when performing a normal push up. Palming the dirty floor as I would attempt to do "regulation" pushups it is needless to say that I would often forgo this portion of my exercise routine.

Fortunately I came across the perfect pushup and ever since then the modified pushup movement that it produces is my favorite chest toning exercise. The ability to grip two bars rather than push up with your palm removes any awkward strain as well as recruiting more chest muscles to help in both pushing you up and twist the base 360 degees. I cannot stress the point that pushups are now enjoyable for me and likely for many others as a great reason to just go out and try this wonderful product. Trust me you won't be dissapointed!
