I just bought Iron Gym about a month ago. I have been using it almost everyday and I do notice a couple of changes. It will fit through an ordinary door way, but just incase be sure to measure yours, It is designed to fit residential doorways 24" to 32" wide with doorway trim or molding up to 3.5 inches wide.
When you use it the first time use a timer, and time yourself, for example don't just work on pull ups then give up, move on to push ups, sit ups and dips. Alternate in between. Spend at least 15 min. working out.
If you spend your time wisely using this product you will see good results. You will feel sore and burn the first day you work out using this. (Which is good because later on your muscles will get use to it)
Overall, I would say this product is great, I still have it and use it, I would recomend it to people who loves to work out or to people who like to start building muscles.
Be careful, the Iron gym only fits doorwarys no more than 3.5 inches wide. That rules out use with any doorway wider thatn that. I have that problem. I cannot use this productanywhere in my house due to the fact that all my doorways are wideer than 3.5 inches.
yeah i had to measure my door way to see if i can actually use the product, it worked out for me. So yeah to whoever is interested in buying it be careful with the door width.
I bought this product without measureing my doorways. My mistake. I can't use it due to my doorways being too wide. However, you are able to purchase an extender arm that fits doorways up to 38" wide. It will cost you $16.98. I think it's worth it. I have used this product at a friends house, and it's a great work out tool.
