The Ringside IMF Tech Training Gloves are definitely the best gloves I have ever used. They are very comfortable and protect your hands very well whenever you're hitting a bag. They're also padded in a way to protect sparring partners as well, as opposed to bag or fight gloves which are only padded to protect your hands. The gloves don't come in different hand sizes, only different weights. So, you can't choose how heavy you want the gloves and you're stuck with whatever weight fits your hand the best. Personally, I found the 14 ounce gloves to be a perfect fit and my hands, measured with a tape measure wrapped across the knuckles, are about 8 to 8.5 inches. They also come with an elastic band to cover up the hook-and-loop closure. This can make it difficult to get the gloves off by yourself but its easy to cut the elastic off or just roll it up.
