Fitness / Workout Videos / The Biggest Loser 2: The Workout

The Biggest Loser Workout 2 is a really good workout video for all skill levels.  My husband and I used this video to workout together and we are at very different workout levels.  Both of us felt challenged during this video workout.

One of the things that I like about this video series is that the people working our are normal people.  Most are still overweight and you feel like if they can do it so can you.  None of the exercises felt overly hard to learn, and you really felt the workout the next day.

The one downside is that in order to really have success with this workout, you will need to buy additional equipment.  The trainers show you how to do the workouts without the equipment, but my opinion is that the equipment is needed.  You will need a stability ball, medicine ball, and hand weights.  They really do enhance the workout.

One aspect that I really liked was that I could customize the workout to fit my needs each days.  You can choose to add workouts specifically for men or women or you can shorten your workout each day if needed.

I highly recommend this workout video for a beginner or more advanced workout.  I could really see the difference after using this series .
