Halo 3 is first person shooter for the Xbox 360 game system. So this is what we've been waiting for? The Halo series has long been lauded to be an innovative kick the in the metaphorical rear of the gaming industry. But this is all they could come up with? The original Halo was a fun, fresh FPS. Halo 2 expanded on that with a bit more story and expanded multiplayer, with a brutally short cliffhangar ending. Halo 3 manages to be extremely short, easy, with a hackneyed storyline and yet another criminally short, cryptic ending. And so ends the series. Overall, it's fun, pretty and has a great orchestral score. But that doesn't excuse it from seeming rushed and manufactured. Sure, the multiplayer will keep you busy for a while, but the campaign won't.
