Having grown bored of the usual World War II style shooters, Call of Duty 4 is a refreshing game.  Set in modern times, the weapons, marines, and gameplay is amazing.  Single player mission is very captivating, taking you in the role of marines and SAS.  Though it could have been longer, the time I spent on it was very entertaining.  The sniper mission especially.  The multiplayer on here is the key point though.  Just like any online game, its only as good as what servers you play on, but I must say that this is way more entertaining than games such as Battlefield 2 and other more current online first person shooters with similar gameplay.  I applaud the designers though for coming up with a great storyline, weapon selection, and putting forth a great product.
