I am one of those people who doesn't like to workout alone...Okay honestly I am one of those people who doesn't like to work out at all! Then I found a great interactive game for the Wii, "My Fitness Coach". This game gives you your very own personal trainer who will work at your pace and allows you to make a schedule that is easy to follow. When you first start out they have you do different workouts to learn your physical ability so that your fitness coach knows what you can and cannot do. The workouts are fun and some have become my favorites. You have an option of background, music, pace, and time you would like to workout to. The personal trainer in this game is great at motivating you and always asks during the workouts how you are feeling. The workouts are easy for almost anyone to do! I have not had any workout that has been boring or too long and there is always a break for water while you exercise. You can't beat the price for this Wii game and that helps you get into shape and makes exercising easier. I really enjoy My Fitness Coach and would recommend it to anyone!
