This gets all five rating in my book! This item is VERY hard to find, as it is very popular right now! You must have a Nintendo Wii to use this.
Basically it is a board that is wireless, and connects to your Wii. A game comes with it which has tons of excersizes and games that you must unlock by playing it.
When you first get on, it gets your weight and BMI (Body Mass Index). You put your age, height, etc in the unit, and it tells you where you fall for your age. Then it sees how your balance and posture are. It tells you how to improve and gives you some tests to take and excersizes as well.
You then can sign in everyday, to see your progress on your weight, BMI, Posture, etc.
There are sports you can play (ski jump, hula hoop, yoga, etc) and is VERY interactive. I have broken a sweat on this many times (especially the running) and it would be great excersize for you and your kids!
