WWE Smackdown Vs. Raw 2008 iw on3 of the best titles on the Xbox 360. I've had almost every title of wrestling across the gaming systems since the Nintendo 64 and this one has to be up there as one of the, if not the best. It has become even more realistic where the player feels even more in control of the wrestler. The wrestlers interact with one another extremely realisticly, where strikes and grapples have been cleaned up to try and wipe out the glitches that commonly occur in the wrestling games. The graphics are even more realistic and brilliant since the last edition, where the gameplay was brilliantly realistic. The new edition assigns certain characteristics to the different players, such as brawler, whereby those sort of wrestlers (mostly heavy/ super heavy weight) use brute force against their opponent. Another brilliant new aspect of the game is the crowd, whereby the first 3 or 4 rows are made to be incredibly realistic, at points even offering weapons to the wrestlers. There has also been the edition of ECW and a few of their wrestlers, which is more a rough and hardcore program.
Smackdown Vs. Raw 2008 is the most realistic wrestling game yet and perfect for the die hard wrestling fans.
