Health / Alternative Medicine / Unisom Works!

I was very weary of trying another sleep aid after Tylenol's Sleepy Time failed to do the trick and left me feeling like I got hit by a car when it came to waking up in the morning. However, I wasn't sleeping, so it was either try something or walk around like a zombie. For someone with a full-time day ahead, the latter was not an option.

Surprisingly, this stuff worked like a charm. I went to sleep right away and woke up feeling A-OK in the morning. There was a bit of a "foggy" feeling the first day or so, but as I kept taking them it went away. My sleep cycle returned to normal and eventually I didn't need the sleep aids to sleep anymore.

As for a recommendation, I definetly think those that have trouble sleeping should give this a try for a few days. It worked wonderfully for me, so it should for others.
