I do not claim to be a blood pressure pro so I was a little intimidated when my doctor suggested that I monitor my blood pressure at home.  I went out and purchased the monitor made by ReliOn.  I have been very happy.  The directions in the box made the cuff and monitor very easy to use.  They included suggestions about taking your blood pressure to give you an accurate reading.  The set is very portable and small enough to pack on a trip, or throw in the car if you need to have it with you.  I had to keep a log of my blood pressure and then show this to my doctor.  His office reading was right in line with the readings that this machine was giving me, so I know that it is very accurate. 

I would highly recommend this monitor.
