Arbonne's Herbal Vapor Soak is a must-have for the medicine cabinets of natural product lovers all over! The 16oz jar of bath salts includes eucalyptus leaves, arnica montana, rosemary oil, clary oil, clove oil, and peppermint oils, amongst others. The bath salts will evaporate in your warm bath water to relax your tired and tense muscles while the eucalyptus and oils create a vapor to help you deal with cold symptoms and congestion.

This is one of my favorite bath products and I love to have it around all winter, even when I don't have cold or flu symptoms. The only drawback is that the herbs in leaf form leave a small mess in the tub; this is easily remedied by pouring the bath salts in a small organza or mesh bag and running the entire bag under the bath water. The effect is the same, but the mess is avoided!
