Vicks Early Defense Foaming  Hand Sanitizer is basically a regular hand sanitizer, except that it foams up when you dispense it from the bottle.  The foam is easy to apply and rubs into your hands easily.  Once applied, does not dry out your hands or make them flaky.  We used this over the summer when my husband got a cold because we did not want to spread it to our daughter.  It seemed to work pretty well, because neither she or I got sick.  It has a cucumber mint scent, which is light and fresh and not overpowering at all.  Overall, we were very pleased with this hand sanitizer and would recommend it to anyone who has a sick family member.  We can't say for sure that this is what prevented me and my daugher from getting sick, but it sure didn't hurt!
