I received the Oral-B Vitality electric toothbrush as a free gift from my dentist's office. Free gift from a dentist? Anyone that ever paid for a dentist bill knows that professional dental care is expensive and one would hope at the prices a dentist charges there is enough money to cover the cost of an electric toothbrush. The Oral-B Vitality electric toothbrush has a ½" diameter rotating head. The bristles are straight with half of the outer bristles slightly higher than the others for reaching in between teeth. The shaft is straight, which makes mechanical design more straight forward but limits the toothbrush to a straight line. The handle has an easy grip design made of a soft, two tone blue plastic. There is a single press activated switch near the middle of the hand grip area.

The Oral-B Vitality electric toothbrush is manufactured by Braun and made in Mexico. It comes with an electric plug-in charger base, which goes without saying when you think about it. Without a plug-in charger then how could the electric toothbrush be recharged. The Oral-B Vitality electric toothbrush is great for a good cleaning but is not as comfortable to use as a conventional toothbrush.
