Recently my tooth was hurting so I went to the dentist and he had to pull the tooth.  The doctor gave me a painkiller but it only lasted a couple of days.  The tooth continued to hurt for the next two weeks so I had to find something to relieve the pain. I turned to a pain reliever that I have used on and off for many years.  I went to the store and bought Tylenol Extra Strength.

Tylenol Extra Strength contains 500 mg of Acetaminophen.  It is suppose to relieve minor aches and minor pains such as those that come with a cold, headache, backache, arthritis, toothache, muscular aches and premenstrual pains. It can also be used to help relieve fever.

One of the reasons I like Tylenol is that it is easier on my stomach than ibuprofen or aspirin.  I can take it at any time and it does not upset my stomach.

WARNING: as with any medicine you need to read all warnings on the package before using.  There are several warnings on this one such as not taking too much of this product as it can be hard on the liver or consulting a doctor before using f you drink alcohol or are pregnant or breastfeeding. There are more warnings and instructions on the package that need to be read.  This is an adult product and should not be used in children under 12 according to the makers of this product..

Off brands of Acetaminophen can be bought for a cheaper price and work as well for me as the brand names.
