Centrum Cardio Multivitamin/ Multimineral Supplement I am very pleased with this multvitamin supplement.  In addition to the vitamins and mineral ,this product has phytosterols a natural ingredient, that is supposed to be included to help lower or maintain healthy cholesterol.   I did not really believe that this product would be of any benefit to my health ,until I took a cholesterol test and found out that my cholesterol was high.   I was told to change my eating habits immediately, and start to exercise more... my doctor also recommended that I should start taking some pills to help lower my cholesterol, and get it under control.   I did not want to start taking drugs, so I thought I would get a bottle or two of the cardio vitamins(as I had re- named them) and give them a try. Okay, after my second bottle, and a change in diet and some exercise... I called my doctor  to be re-tested... and WOW!   They did work.! .. My  cholesterol levels dropped down to my normal levels and I was in shock!


Could this product had helped, or was it just the change in diet?? I believe they did help a lot. I will continue to take the cardio pills, I don't like the fact that you have to take two of them twice a day... and if you don't hurry up and get them down, they leave a funny taste on your tongue.
