I was a little overweight by about 10 kilograms. So last year I joined a weight loss program where you don't have to do any workout, yet loose weight by burning fat and therapy. The pricing was high as they said the machines used in the programs are expensive and the entire procedure requires expert staff.

 I joined the program despite the high pricing. In the first month there was drastic change as I reduced 3 to 4 kilos with just 6 fat burning sessions and 3 therapies. After that there was a firming session. Altogether I felt nice.

Then weight-losing rate reduced. I learned that initially it is the water content which get reduced. Only after that actual fat starts to burn. And that process was really time taking. But as a result of the therapies and body firming sessions I got a better shape. There was almost 5-inch loss in my tummy area.

To really keep up weight loss I had to do some workout otherwise next day when they check the weight, the loss won't be there.

Finally after all the paid sessions I lost only 5.6 kg. But there was good inch loss in all parts of my body.  

My opinion is that their therapies and body firming sessions are good. Because usually after weight loss, there will be stretch marks on more fleshy parts. It was not there for me.I think the therapies and firming sessions were the reason for that.
