General Mills and Curves fitness teamed up to form a powerful dietary alliance. Everyone knows the best way to help keep your diet on par is to eat a well balanced breakfast. Well the Curves Whole Wheat Crunch give you 1/3 the daily allowance of whole grain you need through out the day in one serving and it is only 100 calories per bowl.  To make it even better the cereal has great taste to it. I have actually grown a fond liking to this cereal. I don't usually like plain whole grain cereals as they tend to taste similar to cardboard and get all soggy with extended time in milk.  Well i can tell you from experience that the cereal does not get soggy and definitely has a great taste to make you wanting more instead of dreading every bite. Even if you aren't on the curves diet plan this is a perfect healthy way to start your day!
