I was once thin before my 2 pregnancies so when hubby and I decided to stop having kids I think of ways where I could loose some body fats. Several years back I never into any pills or work out videos to achieve my goal because those are not my cup of tea. This juice drink comes in four different flavors: Pineapple, Apple, Four Seasons and Pine-Orange. I find their Pineapple juice drink very delicious and it contains real fruit juice minus the sweetness which is common to juice drinks. It also has the L-Carnitine substance that helps burn fat and helps in converting fatty acids into energy needed for a healthy heart, important body functions and physical activities. This juice drink also has B vitamins that help speed up the metabolism.

It is recommended to use 3 bottles a day along with proper diet and regular exercise for fast result. In my case, I am not in a hurry to any deadline so I just drink it once every breakfast to keep me fit and alive the whole day.
