As most people are, I was skeptical to try this product - until I learned of the main ingredient, hoodia. Hoodia as the active ingredient in this supplement works very well. I found that if taken thirty minutes or so before a meal drastically reduced my appetite.
It is important to drink at least eight glasses of water while taking the medication to ensure that you are staying hydrated.
The medication is rather large, and at times I found them difficult to swallow. Although, while I was taking the medication, I found my energy level to remain steady, and not drop like other medications.
The price was effective, as you got quite a few pills for the amount that you are paying. I would reccomend , as with any supplement to take the medication with proper exercize and diet, as without it - there would not be any noticeable results.
Packaging has differed in the two different times that I have purchased the product. The bottle of pills was more convenient than the blister pack.
