My mother has been using South Beach as her diet plan for a while now and has lost a good amount of weight in a short amount of time. I need to lose a few pounds, so I asked her about it. One of the things I need help with is snack food. She mentioned the South Beach Peanut Butter Snack Bars, and I'm not a big fan of "diet food", but I thought I'd give it a try. Well, the main things to me are that they taste really good, they are not dry, they satisfy my cravings for something to snack on, and fill me up until my next meal. What more could I ask for?! Well, they are also only 100 calories and only 4 grams of fat. It has 6 grams of protein, and protein is very good in that it helps to fill you up. I bought these bars at Wal-Mart for $4.98, and there are six bars in the box. I'm not real excited about the price, but I think they are worth it. I highly recommend these snack bars to anyone, but especially to someone who is dieting and/or looking for a heathy snack. :)
