We had a great experience with Goodmortgage company. They are located in a different city than us. However, they were excellent about letting us know what all we needed and getting us through the process over the phone, fax and email.
We had to have a home inspection. There was an electrical problem that had to be repaired. Then the inspector came out again once we called and let them know that it was repaired.
The appraiser came out during the day and did his thing. The construction engineer came out on a Saturday to speed up the time for getting all of our paperwork done for the refinancing.
Goodmortgage also let us know of a special government program that was going on that we qualified for and was able to give us a great interest rate.
When it came time to sign the papers, the legal representative came to our home after supper and went over all the papers page by page for us to sign. Later, we were sent our contracts and our payment booklet. We were able to significantly reduce our mortgage rate.
They are online and very very good.

For an online venue they seem to have excellent customer service. Buying a home or refinancing casn be a highly stressful experience. So when a company takes steps as yours did, to help facilitate things, it means they are totally committed to providing world class service.
