LL Bean has some of the greatest bedding that I have had the oppurtunity to sleep in.
Right from the beginning, when choosing the bedding you are able to decide from stripes, solids, plaids and prints - from pillowcases, sheets, and the comforter! I loved this, and it took me a couple days to decide on the final product - In the picture you can see the comforter I had chosen! The best part of it is, EVERYTHING Matches!
The price is standard for a complete bedroom set. Almost two hundred dollars is a great value for a complete bed set. The linens are all made from 100% cotton flannal which are warm in the winter, and make you want to cozy up in the bedroom, and they keep surprisingly cool in the summer.
From the fitted sheets to the comforter, all are washable and completely resistent to shrinkage. After washing each item a few times, I hadn't noticed any shrinking! I found it a good idea to add versatility to the set with the addition of different patterned and complimentery colors to match the comforter.
This is a great base set to add to your linen collection - and if taken care of should last a very long time.

I used to love flannel sheets when I was a kid in an unheated bedroom. So I always look at these wistfully in the catalog. But now, they just are too hot for me to sleep in.
