I love this product.  I remember when I was a teenager and I would go over to my best friends house when her mother was doing laundry I was in heaven.  Her mother used to wash all of her sweatshirts and put Downy in the washer.  I remember thinking how wonderful they smelled.  I was always so comfortable in her house.  It always felt so homey.  Sometimes when I was over there and it turned cold all of a sudden and I didn't have a sweatshirt with me I got to wear one of her lovely smeling ones. 

 Now that I have my own house and my own kids I always use Downy.  You can't beat that smell.  It says to me - You are loved.  You are cared for.  I hope that my kids feel this way.  I know that I used to carpool the kids with a friend down the street and she asked me what I washed my sons' clothes in.  She said that he always smelled so fresh and clean.  Another one sold on Downy.  It also makes your clothes so soft.  No stiff jeans.  The towels smell great and soft.  The sheets are wonderful to get in to.  I highly recommend this product.
