Few things are cheap anymore, as our present economy attests to.  Still, I am always looking for more ways to save my household money, which is why I tend to look for bargains.  We use paper towels a lot in our home, for cleaning up spills and other messes.  Even paper towels can be priced higher nowadays, so I was pretty glad to find "Kroger Value Pack Paper Towels" on the shelves of our favorite area grocery store.  There are three paper towels in each pack and the whole thing costs just a frugal $1.98, meaning that we pretty much stockpile this product when we do our monthly shopping. While I certainly appreciate the thriftiness of "Kroger Value Pack Paper Towels", I must admit that I end up having to use more of the individual paper towel sheets at a time, because they aren't always as sturdy as I'd like when it comes to cleaning up  more difficult messes.  This means that we end up running out of these quite quickly.  Still, they do a fairly credible job on lighter cleaning problems and, again, the biggest perk for my family is the cost.  Although we do use the more expensive, competing brands of paper towels when we can find a decent sale on them, we chiefly use the "Kroger Value Pack Paper Towels" in between those occasions, because, frankly, they fit our budget better.
